Those experiencing mental illnesses know firsthand the struggles of and stigma that millions in the nation face today, but how about their family, their friends, sadly, few understand what is really happening, or know how to help. Enter Mindfit, a weekly in-person docuseries coming to Grayling that sheds light on our current mental health crises and offers real hope. A first-class video introduces the nightly subject, followed by group discussion.
