12-week Plant-based Diet Program
Are you interested in learning how to transition to a plant-based diet, lose weight, decrease your blood pressure, and/or decrease your cholesterol levels? You are invited to participate in a free project involving a 12-week plant-based diet program, which will be conducted one day per week for 12 weeks through Zoom technology.
To be eligible, you must be 18 or older, be interested in adopting a plant-based diet, have a need to lose weight, have a primary care provider, have access to zoom technology, and live in northern Michigan.
A $25 gift certificate will be given to anyone who completes the program.
