Those experiencing mental illnesses know firsthand the struggles of and stigma that millions in the nation face today, but how about their family, their friends, sadly, few understand what is really happening, or know how to help. Enter Mindfit, a two-hour, two-day in-person docuseries coming to Mesick that sheds light on our current mental health crises and offers real hope. Led by Dr. Gunther Schwartz, a local clinical psychologist in Cadillac, MI.   You can participate in this event at the Mesick Community Center located at 105 W.
