Gaylord and surrounding communities, mark your calendars for Diabetes Community Day! Join The Sugar Squad on Tuesday, September 29th, from 10 AM to 6 PM at the Seventh-day Adventist Church located at 206 West 5th Street in Gaylord, Michigan.

A nurse will be available from 10 AM to 2 PM providing blood pressure and blood sugar checks. You can also help create free diabetes supply kits for individuals and families in need and visit our Wellness Table, featuring diabetic literature, health and wellness resources, and inspirational materials.
