Is your mind fit to face the struggles of today?

Those experiencing mental illnesses know firsthand the struggles of and stigma that millions in the nation face today, but how about their family, their friends, sadly, few understand what is really happening, or know how to help.

Enter Mindfit, a free in-person docuseries coming to Southwest Michigan area that sheds light on our current mental health crises and offers real hope. A first-class video introduces the nightly subject, followed by group discussion.

You may participate in this event at the Stevensville Seventh-day Adventist Church, 6657 Stevensville-Baroda Road, Stevensville, Michigan, September 25-28, which is Thursday through Sunday at 7:00 p.m., and Saturday morning 11:00 a.m. by Dr. Newbold will talk about the purpose of our lives.
