John\, his wife Melissa\, and their two children live near Chattanooga\, Tennessee. \nPavel Goia\, editor of Ministry Magazine and associate director for the General Conference Ministerial Association\, holds advanced degrees in ministry. A former pastor in Romania and the U.S.\, he co-authored In the Spirit and Power with Kelly Mowrer\, focusing on prayer\, revival\, and commitment to God. \nDon MacLafferty\, founder and president of In Discipleship\, mobilizes churches and schools to equip parents in discipling their children. Married to April for over 30 years\, they have three children: Jason\, Julie\, and Jessica. \nOleg Lotca\, an ordained minister\, is the president of Streams of Light International.
