DESCRIPTION:Project Christmas 2021\nThe 33rd annual Project Christmas 2021 will be held on December 11th at the Wexford Civic Arena in Cadillac\, MI. If you\nor someone you know\, needs a source of encouragement for Christmas this year they would love to help. \nTo apply for Project Christmas 2021: \nResidents of Wexford County can call 231-779-5205 or 231-468-3204 from 9:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday\nuntil December 3rd. \nResidents of Missaukee County can call 231-839-8816 Monday through Friday 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. also until December 3rd. \nWhen you call please have the following ready: \nSocial Security numbers for all in the household. \nSources of income and supervisor’s name. \nMDHHS client number if you have one. ( you don’t need this to qualify for Project Christmas). \n \nOver the past 32 years\, more than $907\,966 in cash donations have been received as well as over $2\,687\,446 donated through drop boxes\, fundraisers\, grants\, food\, clothing\, etc. \nUsed good donations total $438\,249. Other in-kind things total $35\,570. This includes the Wex rental\, bags from Meijer\, dumpsters\, hats & mittens\, pajamas\, socks & underwear\, stuffed animals\, apples\, and other items. \nOver the years Project Christmas has served a total of 24\,247 families\, 81\,125 individuals with approximately 18\,024 volunteers leading the way.
